Stictomyia sp.
Moved it to the wrong place on accident at first, Bugguide is a little confusing. The wing pattern is much closer to S. punctata but seems darker. The thorax looks closer to S. longicornis, and the antennae seem intermediate in length. The face looks too wide to be S. punctata, which has a rounded head shape. This could all be due to natural variation, but this fly is definitely interesting!
