halictid? bee with orange legs and abdominal bands - Lasioglossum fuscipenne

This bee didn't cooperate and it was windy but here's the best I got. Based on the size of the head and lack of hairs I'm think a halictid. The body shape is closer to Nomia? but I haven't seen many of those and none have the orange bands. Found on weedy panicled aster in my prairie restoration.
