Do the often have two colors?
Do they often have two colors?
The ones I have been finding are tan and Black. They start all tan. The one pictured is definitely more mature as it has grown antennae.

 
There are many species of millipedes...
...and yours could very well be something different from the one I selected as an example. We'd need a clearer pic to be sure, however
