Leucospis on Boneset - Leucospis affinis - Female

Size: ~12mm from photo
I assume this is most likely to be Leucospis affinis but I can’t see all of the features required to key it out (1) and can’t find photos of 3 of the 5 species that the guide says are supposed to be in North America.
