Dr. Mockford weighs in...
This is Lichenomima sp. I think it is L. lugens (Hagen). The pale pterostigmal area is a characteristic of that species.

By the way, I was at the coast a couple weeks ago and kept my eye out for that undescribed barklice but did not see any

Dr. Mockford for is opinion. It is Lichenomima but I'm not sure of he species.
