I don't think so.
The one siphunculus I can see doesn't seem right for Drepanaphis. Drepanaphis has vasiform siphunculi and these seem pretty straight / cylindrical, no enlargement at the base. Unless the angle of the picture is deceiving?
There are some other genera in Calaphidinae that can have large tubercles.
