Hi,
This does look like A. diadematus, but maybe a labyrinth orb weaver (just from the image). I would guess cross spider, though.

That was my second choice. It was crawling around the floor at work, and I didn't have time to do much except snap a couple pictures and move it so it wouldn't get stepped on.
