I assume this is a species of Fishing Spider, or similar.

No, not fishing spider.
Fishing spider females carry the egg sac in their jaws, not on their spinnerets. This is some kind of wolf spider, family Lycosidae, perhaps Pirata or Pardosa for the genus. The specimen should not have been that large.
