Seems like a good fit for Braun's description, and none of the several other known Polemonium miners come anywhere close.

Thanks for making the page.
At least one of these leaflets had a little mined-out patch of tissue, too, with a single round hole in it on the lower leaf surface...feeding sign from a casebearing instar I suppose.
