The yellow(white) spot on the
The yellow(white) spot on the propleuron would make one think marginatus or politus but the black anepimeron rules out politus. In the dorsal image, abdominal markings are obscured by the wings but the markings on tergite 2 appear to be narrower at sides, widening towards middle which is found in marginatus. I think this is Toxomerus marginatus.... male.
I have sent it to Martin for another opinion.
