Gracillariidae, dorsal - Caloptilia triadicae

Gracillariidae, dorsal - Caloptilia triadicae
100 Acre Wood, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
September 24, 2017
USDA Plant Database does not show Triadica sebifera, Chinese Tallow in Iowa. (or Missouri, Kansas or Oklahoma for that matter. I originally included Nebraska but the moth was recently seen in Nebraska.)
So I’m reluctant to call this moth Caloptilia triadicae but it sure looks similar

it was suggested that this moth was in Iowa post-hurricane.
