Believe these damselflies are forktails, perhaps Ischnura ramburii. Would appreciate confirmation or alternatives. John and Jane Balaban, would appreciate your thoughts.

Yes, we would agree with your ID. Perfect example of I. ramburii and the male-like color form of the female. What a lovely shot!
