Ochrimnus barberi? - Ochrimnus barberi

Ochrimnus barberi? - Ochrimnus barberi
Nogales, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
October 19, 2017
Caught in "Las Lagunas de Anza"
Found them on flowering plants that Jason Botz identified as Symphyotrichum falcatum.
Coordinates: 31.390984, -110.956878
Interestingly, the plant was widespread in the area, but the bugs were clustered at only one spot
The bug farthest to the right of the image is an adult male (included for comparison)
Both adults and nymphs were very abundant at this location and there were no other Hemiptera that could cause confusion. I feel this is pretty strong evidence that the nymphs and adults belong to the same species, but I know this is not the result of a strictly controlled rearing experiment
