True Bug for ID - Harmostes fraterculus
Temple Hills, Prince George's County, Maryland, USA

I found several of these (well-camouflaged) on lateflowering thoroughwort. Not sure which family it belongs in, as to my untrained eye it looks to have characteristics of a couple of them. Very curious to find out what it is. Thanks.
