Craspedolepta sp.
This is a very large, very difficult genus of Asteraceae-feeders. Most species can only be distinguished by the male genitalia, and even then the differences are slight, but the fact that you've got a male means there may be hope for further ID. Most of the observations on bugguide so far have been females.
