Moved
Moved from Leptomantispa pulchella.

Forewing venation is too dense (too many "wishbones"), and the markings on the vertex are more intricate than in L. pulchella.

Moved
Moved from Mantidflies.

Moved
Moved from Antlions, Owlflies, Lacewings, Mantidflies and Allies.

Looks as though it might be either Dicromantispa sayi or Leptomantispa pulchella, which can be hard to differentiate. I'll leave this one to the experts.
