Oak Treehopper - Platycotis vittata

Small Oak Treehopper was on a red oak sapling that I was looking to transplant. It was on a stem with five nymphs - this nymph was under the adult's wing. It appears to be protecting it's brood...
Cold and chilly out so they stayed put from the previous day.
