chalcidoid wasp

chalcidoid wasp
North Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
October 25, 2017
Size: ~3mm
I think I’ve got this one keyed out to Pteromalinae using these 2 keys ((1) and Handbook of Nearctic Chalcidoidea). However, this wouldn’t be the first time one of my IDs has gone off the rails so I’d appreciate some expert input.
I found several of these over a couple of days under some willow oaks, a place where I usually find cynipids.
TIA

Pteromalid…
Supposedly, one of the main features of the subfamily you mentioned is a fore tibial spur which is always curved and notched into two parts. I'm not sure if that characteristic can be seen in these images.

See reference here.

curved tibial spur
I just uploaded another photo showing the curved tibial spur but it's not good enough to see if there are notches. I went through the rest of my photos to see if I can find something better but this one is the best.
Thanks for looking and the extra info
