Wooly Snail eater - Stropenron

Wooly Snail eater - Stropenron
Newport State Park, Door County, Wisconsin, USA
August 1, 2011
I am most interested in the woolly white insect now, as I will post the beetle later, but if any of you know, I would like to identify the beetle and the snail as well. I do not know that the woolly white bug was eating the snail. It was here when I took the first picture, but walked over the shell and onto the ground and a ways away in about 40 seconds. I thought at first this might be a woolly aphid, but I also think it my be a larval Coleopteran.
