I didn't collect a specimen
And I didn't measure it. It's likely under 6 mm, based on the relative thread size.

Is this a montane species?

This one is ...
Indiopsocus bisignatus. "Most of cell A1 brown" and other features of the forewing make it this species. You have added Maryland!

Is this one approx. 3 mm in length?
I'm thinking Indiopsocus. Do you have the specimen?
