This is a better match for me
This is a better match for mestusata than indeclinata. The postmedial shade is not contrasting enough and the discal spots are too indistinct for it to match Ontario indeclinata.

The Peterson Guide to Moths of NE NA includes indeclinata in the Scalloped Metarranthis complex (also includes hypocharia and angularia). They say these can only be separated by dissection or DNA analysis due to the amount of variation within these species.
