7 abdominal segments = ♂
This looks like a male Campsomeris quadrimaculata.
Some images of these males show an extra cross-vein on the second discal cell of the wings. (the last cell, underneath the sub-marginal cells) We can see this vein in your last shot.
See here: ♂ The females do not have this feature and I haven't seen it on any other species.
