Also note greenish-blue eyes.
It belongs to the Hyperaspis signata/binotata complex.

On Chilocorus, notice how the elytra has a wide flattened edge, and a projecting "shoulder" at the front. Because of this, the pronotum and elytra don't have a smooth transition:



You can't see it here but the pronotum of Chilocorus curves around the head, which isn't the case for your beetle:
