another chalcidoid - Female

Size: ~2.2mm
pteromalid – I think. The head-on photo shows the fore tibial spur but the photo is nowhere near good enough to see if it’s notched. Found on the same bench as my previous 3 chalcidoids; must be some kind of wasp social club.
