Nemoria leptalea
Looks to me like it is Nemoria leptalea. You can visit our web pages here and look at leptalea and compare it to other coastal CA Nemoria, but the unmarked abdomen, pink fringe, shape of lines on wings and LA County location lead me to believe this one is pretty clearly Nemoria leptalea.
