Spilomyia crandalli ..... female
With the yellow band on tergite 2 complete and the left front tibia, which can be seen under left wing, yellow for the basal quarter that can be seen (it would be extensively yellow if all the tibia was visible) whilst longicornis has the front tibia black almost to base. With the hind femora black on posterior surface, (yellow or with very restricted black mark in longicornis) and with longicornis not being found in Arizona, this will be Spilomyia crandalli.
