Looks like a likely candidate. I looked through all of the images and there is a lot of variability, not to mention the sexual dimorphism in my photo.

 
Likely candidate ...
The dark specimen with white spots does look like BG images of Virbia ferruginosa. However, reading through Zaspel's description gets rather complex. He further states, "Some Virbia species are almost indistinguishable by their genitalic characteristics. In addition, a variety of wing color patterns occur, rendering species determination difficult."
