November caddis - Dicosmoecus - Male
in the woods outside Harlan, OR, Lincoln County, Oregon, USA

Was flying along a Forest Service Road on an overcast afternoon and kindly landed for us, so my friend could take its picture. Looks like it has a 3-segmented maxillary palp, so I'm guessing it is a male.
