Size: 1/2 inch long
This small brown wasp, about 1/2 in long. came to black light.

Unusual
I do not have any direct experience, but they seem unusual to me!
Their life cycle is not clear, they might be parasites (parasitoids?) of Wind Scorpions.
Some females are wingless in the family, and were once thought to be part of the Velvet Ants.
