To be a Promachus female. But can't see facial features. Possibly P. albifacies.

 
ID
Promachus nigrialbus - very common in Arizona and New Mexico. Ovipositor begins with segment 7 - easy differentiation from giganteus. Wings are proportionally shorter than those of the latter.
