Not a Bee? - Villa

Not a Bee? - Villa
Richmond, Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
July 1, 2017
Captured on an organic farm between the hours of 9am and 12pm local (westcoast) time. Hoping to get it ID'd down to the family level. At first I thought it was a Bee, then realized it only had one set of wings and the antennae are small. It is pinned. Thanks!

Moved from Bee Flies.

Moved from ID Request.

More like a bee fly. Uneducated guess: genus Villa?
