I found this Katydid on the window and wondered if it was a Northern Bush Katydid.

Probably right
We're total amateurs, but looking through the book, "The Songs of Insects" by Elliott & Hershberger, your photo matches that of the N. Bush Katydid (Scudderia septentrionalis). The range is right and it is seen on windows at night. Perhaps an expert will verify your id.

Scudderia, yes
This is definitely an adult male bush katydid in the genus Scudderia. Without a clear view of the subgenital plate, species ID is not possible. Sorry.
