Fly ID request

Fly ID request
Sun City Center Nature Trails, Hillsborough County, Florida, USA
November 18, 2017
Size: ~ 1mm
There is a colony of Habeneria floriunda, an endemic orchid, on the Nature Trails. It’s very sticky near the polonaria & stigma and one of them trapped this 1 mm or so fly. Are the wings distinctive enough to take it to family at least?

Thank you
I moved it, but feelings won't be hurt if it's frassed. Wish I had seen it while I was shooting--would have gone for a clean crisp shot.
