I apologize for the quality of this and alot of my images. I don't have a macro lense so I take insect photos by holding the 50mm lense on my Canon AE-1 backwards against the camera body. It's pretty hit and miss. Anyways, this is Merimira texana Bruner. They can be common on rocky hillsides
