Aphidiinae Braconid Wasp?

Terrible pics, but just curious if anyone can help me narrow this one down. I found some aphid mummies in the next flower bed and was wondering if this little friend would know anything about it. (They were Oleander aphids). Is this one of the Aphidiinae?
