Size: 10-15mm approx. as seen
Found at 9:00pm on dead lichen covered Quercus alba branch near moth-baited oak. Temp. 55 degrees F. Genus-species info. appreciated and any other shared info. Thank you.

Looks like Genus Eustala
I don't know of any other taxa that look like this, but wait for confirmation. Nice find!
