Agrees well with CA posts of male Culiseta incidens below:

     

Assuming genus Culiseta, it goes to C. incidens in the first key (or "table") here...as well as other keys (e.g. Freeborn & Bohart(1951), Usinger(1956), and Cole (1965)). I less confident about keying to genus Culiseta in those references, because I can't verify that post-spiracular setae are absent from my photos. But from the match-up of the pattern of hair patches on the radial & medial veins; the brown lateral spots on the mesonotum; and other patterning...I'm confident this is the same taxon as in the thumbnails above. So I figure this is the right placement.
