Synanthedon scitula? - Synanthedon bibionipennis

Synanthedon scitula? - Synanthedon bibionipennis
South Lake Tahoe, edge of Angora Burn, El Dorado County, California, USA
July 17, 2016
Nectaring on Creeping Dogbane in Jeffery Pine forest with mostly Mtn. Whitethorn understory, near the edges of both the Angora Fire area and a landscaped neighborhood.

I still have the specimen and hope to get to Jerry Powell for confirmation, but if anyone has any definitive traits to key out, please let me know. I could provide photos from additional perspectives as well, if needed.

Not sure this has been recorded from California yet.
