Appears to be some kind of leaf footed bug, but image doesn't match any that I've found.

Coreidae
It reminds me of Acanthocephala declivis, but I am used to the wings being in their normal resting position.

I haven't seen any pictures that have those dots on the abdomen. They seemed distinctive.
