Since it doesn't have blue-gr
Since it doesn't have blue-green abdominal iridescence or prominent markings on the wings, I think that makes it a Brown Longtail. (Urbanus procne) https://bugguide.net/node/view/1470268

I think the rule is that Brown Longtails can be marked or unmarked on the wings, and Teleus Longtails are always marked, and have a white ring just below the club of the antenna, so a plain one is definitely a Brown, but you will probably want to wait for confirmation from someone more knowledgeable.
