Sex symbols

Sometimes I see a blank box where the male or female symbol should be after the species name. I investigated more today and I found the link was broken. The sex symbol for https://bugguide.net/node/view/1473478/bgimage was an image with URL https://bugguide.net/node/view/1473478/themes/bugguide/images/female.gif

I had recently edited the page to check the female box. It may be a bug only affecting the first page view after some action, because the reloaded page was correct.

Male and female symbols are available in Unicode (2640: ♀, 2642: ♂). It would be better and maybe easier to use the text version compared to fixing the image URL bug.

Images may be more suitable
Not every computer will display the Unicode symbols. Although admittedly I think at this point all PCs and browsers do have it.
