Cuckoo Bee? - Nomada - female

Cuckoo Bee? - Nomada - Female
Bald Mountain, Tulare County, California, USA
June 22, 2017
Is this Nomada? It was nectaring on Cymopterus terebinthinus about 100' below the summit of Bald Mountain.

There are 12 antennal segments (scape, pedicel, and 10 flagellomeres), so I presume this is a female.
