I am thinking this might be a fragile white carpet moth (Hydrelia albifera).

This might be Hydrelia brunneifasciata, but I'm not sure. (west coast) See the MPG page here.

 
Thanks for taking a look. It looks like you are probably right.
All of the photos of albifera show a small black dot on each wing and this one seems to have none.

 
Discal Dots
They are there, but they are very faint, for some reason. Also, the lines are not very orange, which was throwing me off.
