Acyrthosiphon lactucae
http://www.aphidsonworldsplants.info/C_HOSTS_Jul_Lap.htm#Lactuca
1. PT/Base = 3.8, siphunculi tubular, 5.
5. Don't see any reticulation on the siphunculi, 31
31. Cauda tongue or finger-shaped, 37.
37. Head smooth, 38.
38. Siphunculi tapering, 40.
40. Pretty clearly not Nasonovia ribisnigri, I didn't measure but hairs on antenna III pretty clearly less than 0.7 the diameter, 41.
41. R IV + V / HT II = 0.7, I count 17 accessory hairs, in any case more than 8. Looking like Acyrthosiphon lactucae.
