These are some crappy photos but maybe this little bugger can still be ID'ed. I have never seen an aphid like this despite the huge numbers of many species in this area. The two-toned coloring is interesting...

Probably Aphis.
They're tough to ID from pics, it's a big genus and really Minute characters often separate species, the number and arrangement of sensoria on the antennae plus the shape of the cauda and number of setae on the cauda are pretty important . Kinda looks like Aphis spiraecola though.
