Twin tailed larva - Dendroides

Twin tailed larva - Dendroides
Carlotta, Humboldt County, California, USA
December 8, 2017
Size: 32 mm
Found while splitting firewood Umbellularia californica.

Pyrochroidae
Definitely Dendroides; beyond that, most likely D. marginata or D. picipes - but can't completely rule out D. ephemeroides.

Eleodes, take a look at the markup section to see how to add links.

Ironically, links are somehow not working in this comment. (Maybe because you have a URL in your comment? Just speculating.) The help tab will get you there.
