Beetle ID - Brachypnoea

Beetle ID - Brachypnoea
Elizabeth , Elbert County, Colorado, USA
June 29, 2017
Size: Smallish
After doing some research I thought this was a Dogbane Beetle but the color didn't seem right. This beetle seemed mostly metallic green with no other colors, the body segments looked off and this beetle seemed more round in it's shell. My second thought was that it could be a Green Dock Beetle but I couldn't find any images that matched either. There aren't a lot of metallic green beetles in my area so I'm a bit at a loss. Maybe this is a juvenile Dogbane?
