Guessing it is at least near Xanthorhoe

 
Xanthorhoe sp.
We have been ID'ing these as a Labrador Carpet Moth (Xanthorhoe labradorensis ). After updating the guidepage, I found that visually, they are almost identical to Xanthorhoe packardata, and should be dissected for positive identification.. According to description, packardata shares its northern range with labradorensis).
