Size: body 3mm
Who is this fuzzy little visitor to my kitchen wall on the coldest day of this season? . I don't recall any quite like this one. ID help appreciated as always.

Psychodinae

Despite "pest" status, they appear to be completely harmless (except for scaring insect-hating humans)
