Diane, I just found this one in the same sample as the last bark louse you had Dr. Mockford ID for me. It too was living in leaf litter on a saw palmetto branch. I'm pretty certain it's the same species, but this one was a .5 mm smaller. It has the eyes set to the back of its head, has tiny wings, and is covered with "hairs". See the attached thumb:
